Police Reports 11-25-15

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Breonne Bowie, 27, of Lockett Rd., Franklin, was arrested Monday and charged on Chitimacha Police warrants for battery on a police officer, simple escape, theft, criminal trespassing, and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
Dale Simoneaux Jr., 25, of Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged on Chitimacha Police warrants on two counts of theft by fraud. No bond was set.
Anthony Wilson Jr., 19, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday by Franklin Police and charged on Chitimacha Police warrants for resisting an officer and operation of an off-road vehicle on a public roadway. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Vinnie Austin, 21, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:12 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substances and drug law violation in a school zone. Austin was also arrested on a warrant for the Patterson Police Department charging him with criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Deandre Austin, 21, of Park Street, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 3:12 p.m. and charged with no seat belt and driving under suspension. Austin was also arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court charging him with failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and speeding. No bond was set.
Ricky Domingue, 40, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 7:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery with medical attention. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brennan Burney, 18, of 906 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:50 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, illegal possession of stolen firearms, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). No bond was set.
Darien Kiel, 18, of 513 Right Way Road, Jeanerette, was arrested on Tuesday at 10:50 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, illegal possession of stolen firearms, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). No bond was set.
Abrean Edwards, 19, of 911 Martin Luther King St., Jeanerette, was arrested on Tuesday at 10:50 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, illegal possession of stolen firearms, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). No bond was set.
DaZjhalun Charles, 18, of 113 Diana Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 10:50 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, illegal possession of stolen firearms, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). No bond was set.
Tevin Harris, 20, of Franklin, was additionally charged with obscenity Tuesday at 2:52 p.m. at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville. Harris is an offender who is currently incarcerated at the parish jail. No bail was set.
Craig A. Cranford, 32, of Gadsden, Alabama, was arrested Tuesday at 8:39 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $100,000.
Sheryl Skinner, 42, of 101 Pluto St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 10:23 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle and flight from an officer. No bail was set.
Michael K. Walters, Sr., 37, of Franklin, was additionally charged Wednesday at 12:53 a.m. at the parish jail on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Walters is an inmate at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail was set.
Blake Wain, 19, of 656 Parish Road 131, Verdunville, was arrested Wednesday at 1:00 a.m. and charged on a warrant for domestic abuse battery (involving a firearm) and false imprisonment (armed with a dangerous weapon). No bail was set.
