Police Reports 12-7-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tabitha G. Gros, 38, of 605 David Dr., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:26 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods and two warrants for probation violation. Gros was released after posting a $12,000 bond.
De’Erin Thomas, 19, of 424 Charlie Dr., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 7:30 p.m. and charged with theft of goods. Thomas was released on a summons to appear in court.
Hiram L. Eugene, Sr., 35, of 1019 Pellerin St., Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 11:54 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, operating a vehicle with an expired license plate and operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. No bail was set.
Earl Vanacor, 48, of Des Allemands, was arrested Saturday at 5:15 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license on person, and failure to honor written promise to appear. No bail was set.
Laronzo White, 26, of 114 Jollivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 11:33 p.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace (intoxicated), battery of a police officer and six counts simple battery. Bail was set at $4,500.
Jessica D. Johnson, 39, of 853 Irish Bend Rd., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:34 p.m. on a warrant from the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office on a charge of theft. Johnson was released on a $5,000 bond.
Trey Seneca, 17, of 120 Foxglove Rd., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 10:41 p.m. and charged with simple battery and criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $750.
Narcotics Division agents made the following arrests:
Jeralyn Carson, 21, of 703 Labau St., Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 12:58 p.m. and charged with cultivation of marijuana. He was released on a 1,720 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Taylor Thomas, 19, of Railroad Ave., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:15 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language, simple assault and domestic abuse battery. Thomas was processed and held on a $1,250.
Shawn Jackson, 28, of Hamilton Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:25 p.m. on a warrant charging him with armed robbery. Jackson was processed and held with no bond.
Michael Pomier, 17, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:08 p.m. and charged with theft (under $100) of a coin operated device. Pomier was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Michael Hebert, 44, of Morris Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:44 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Hebert was processed and held on a $500 bond.
Blane Boatman, 30, of Sterling Rd., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:12 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and use of multiple beam road lighting equipment. Boatman was additionally charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) second offense. Boatman was processed and held with no bond.
Christina Pitre, 36, of First Street, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 9:42 a.m. and charged on warrants for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of resisting an officer by giving false information and theft of goods. Pitre was processed and held on a $318 bond.
Jeralyn Carson, 22, of Labau Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 10:04 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of no tail lamps and no driver’s license. Carson was processed and released on a $220 bond.
Desiree Copeland, 22, of Banner Dr., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:55 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of two headlamps required and no insurance. Copeland was processed and released on a $386 bond.
Dontrell Phillips, 29, of Utopia Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 12:47 p.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of improper lane usage, no registration, and expired driver’s license. Phillips was processed and released on a $335.50 bond.
William Olive, 21, of N. Oaklawn Dr., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:39 p.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, no driver’s license, and no insurance. Olive was processed and released on a $421bond.
Reginald Johnson, 53, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:08 p.m. on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. Johnson was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Allen Guillotte Jr., of La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:18 p.m. and charged on a warrant charging him with driving under suspension, speeding and no proof of insurance. Guillotte was processed and released on a $250 bond.
John Demarco, 25, of Chris Ln., Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 3:02 a.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia- 2nd offense. Demarco was processed and held on a $2,500 bond.
Samantha Jones, 31, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:00 p.m. and charged with simple battery. Jones was processed and released on a $500 bond.
