Judging for city Christmas lights and decorations

Judges for Wednesday’s city Christmas lighting and decorating contest were, from left, Franklin councilmen Dale Rogers and Chuck Autin, Mayor Raymond Harris, Christine Gatte, Annette Carr, Vanessa Pinella, Cristal Carter, Bobby Johnson, Lisa Fourquier, Janeen Robicheaux and Robbie Leblanc. Winners were, in section, category and first and second place respectively: Section 1 homes, Barry Sanders, 117 Lee Charles St. and Marcus Edmond, 1001 Oakdale St.; Section 2 homes, Greg and Brenda Paul, 1509 West Ibert St. and Audrey Depass, 601 Eighth St.; Section 3 homes, Toby and Kathy Landry, 917 Second St. and Sherita Mathews, 606 Palfrey St.; Section 4 homes, Andre Dugas and Carmen DiPaolatin, 106 Cedarwood St. and Camille and Carolyn Martin, 201 Eastwood Drive; and in business, Fad’s and Chic and Shabby, both on Main Street.
