PASTOR ARNOLD J. JENKINS SR.

Pastor Arnold J. Jenkins Sr., 58, a resident and native of Franklin, died Friday, December 4, 2015, at 7.26 a.m., at his residence following a short illness.
Visitations will be Saturday, Dec. 12, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Saints Temple Church of God in Christ, at 255 Pickett Lane in Franklin.
Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 12 p.m., at that church, with Pastor Bennie Druilhet officiating. Interment will follow in the Saints Temple Church of God in Christ Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, Leatrice Williams Jenkins of Franklin and Elder Anderson Jenkins Jr. of Pearland, Texas; four sons, Troy Jenkins of New Iberia, Arnold Jenkins Jr. of Lafayette, Timothy Jenkins and Jeremiah Jenkins, both of Franklin; one daughter, Nicole Jenkins-Wilson of Warner Robins, GA; two brothers, Herbert Jenkins of Franklin and Lenny Jenkins of Morgan City; two sisters, Debra Perry of Franklin and Tabitha Jenkins of Morgan City; and 13 grandchildren.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
