Police Reports 12-23-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Saisha M. Willoughby, 28, of Violet, LA., was arrested Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. on a 16th Judicial District Court warrant from Patterson police charging her with theft by shoplifting. She was released on a summons.
Kai Martin, 27, of 121 Jena St., Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 12:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft and released on $1,500 bond.
Marvin Alfaro-Virula, 37, of Savannah, TN., was arrested Tuesday at 3:13 p.m. on a state police warrant charging him with three counts of unlawful possession and distribution of fraudulent ID documents. No bond was set.
Donna S. Reed, 44, of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 6:26 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of suspended license and expired license plate and was released on $1,000 bond.
Karlyn A. Knudsen, 57, of Thibodaux, was arrested today at 2:41 a.m. on a license plate light violation and no insurance charge and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Dean Darby, 25, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 6:26 p.m. on a Morgan City failure to appear warrant on charges of simple assault and disturbing the peace. Darby was held for transfer.
David Hayes, 29, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:20 a.m. on a district court warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. No bond was set.
