Police Reports 1-13-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Carl Short, 44, of Sterling Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:24 p.m. on a warrant charging him with telephone harassment. Short was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tiearra A. Wilson, 30, of Ethel, La., was arrested Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. Bail was set at $100,000.
Paulette Skinner, 40, of Siracusaville, was arrested Tuesday at 2:19 p.m. and charged with speeding and driving under suspension. Skinner was released on a summons to appear in court.
Courtland Francois, 24, of 1015 Belleview St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 10:49 p.m. and charged with false imprisonment while armed with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, simple battery, resisting an officer and simple escape. No bail was set.
Cyrilla Lyons, 50, of 811 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 5:16 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense and violation of a uniform controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone). No bail was set.
Gregory Lafleur, 34, of Eunice, was arrested Tuesday at 4:48 p.m. and charged with violating the maximum speed limit law. The deputy released him on a summons to appear in court.
Malissa A. Gill, 26, of 500 Wise St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 6:38 p.m. and charged on four warrants for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $400,000.
Judy Williams, 29, of 422 Verdun Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:37 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended license. No bail was set.
