IDA JEANETTE MCCLARITY

Mrs. Ida Jeanette McClarity, 71, resident of Highlands, TX and native of Franklin, died Saturday, January 16, 2016, at East Houston Regional Medical in Baytown, TX, following a short illness.
Visitations will be observed Friday, Jan. 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Otis Mortuary Chapel in Franklin.
Burial rites will be read Friday, at 1 p.m., at the mortuary, with the Rev. W.J. Otis Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Jules Cemetery in Franklin.
Survivors include one son, Bernard McClarity of Highlands, TX; one daughter, Vanessa Garret of Channelview, TX; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Ayden Garret and Brittiany McClarity.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
