HENRY JAMES JOHNSON III

Henry James Johnson III, 82, a resident of Berwick, and native of Morgan City, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 8:42 a.m., at the Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be observed on Friday, February 19, from 11 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m., at the Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Memories of “Cool Papa”, as he was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his daughter, Claudia Johnson of Morgan City; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Herbert Johnson of Gibson, and Sullivan Johnson of Port Arthur, TX; two sisters, Francis Bryant and Phyllis Johnson, both of Port Arthur, TX; a god-daughter; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, three brothers and three sisters.
