Police Reports 4-4-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Danny P. Freia Jr., 29, of 2704 La. 182, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:31 a.m. and charged on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $200,000.
Kegan Clements, 26, of 311 Grey Eagle Rd. #1, Charenton was arrested Monday at 6:33 a.m. and charged for domestic abuse battery and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Jarrod M. Powers, 31, of 406 Main St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:15 p.m. and charged for driving under suspension and expired motor vehicle inspection sticker. Powers was released on a summons to appear in court.
Donald Graham Jr., 44, of 504 Carol Rd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 9:03 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension, warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of hunting migratory game bird with an unplugged gun, failure to comply with personal flotation device requirements, improper running lights, hunting in a wildlife management area without a permit, not abiding by the rules and regulations of a WMA and possession of lead shot while duck hunting. Graham was released on a $2,500 bond.
Brian Corsey, 33, of 1701 Jefferson Island Rd., New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 1:35 a.m. and charged with driving under suspension, maximum speed limit, Iberia Parish warrant for possession of Schedule I drugs and disturbing the peace, Iberia Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charges of no seat belt and suspended driver’s license and an Iberia Parish warrant for no seat belt and driving under suspension. No bail was set.
Jarrette Babineaux, 28, of Covington, was arrested Monday at 4:09 a.m. and charged on a warrant for probation violation and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of introducing contraband into a penal institution. No bail was set.
