MARGARET LORINE KILLINGSWORTH

Margaret Lorine Killingsworth, 65, a resident of Franklin, passed away at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City on Monday, April 18, 2016.
She was born in Adamsville, Tennessee, on Feb. 14, 1951, the daughter of James and Alice Killingsworth.
Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend that will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and attending get-togethers. She also liked cooking, fishing, gardening, and going to the casino.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her one son, Tommy Ray Killingsworth and wife Opal of Franklin; two daughters, Cindy Killingsworth of Ricohoc and Kelly Killingsworth of Gueydan; mother, Alice Bray of Canton, Mississippi; four brothers, Barry Killingsworth of Fort Worth, Texas, James “Jimbo” Hartfield of Canton, Mississippi, Michael Hartfield of Ricohoc, and Jerry Hartfield of Lafayette; sister, Denise Rogers of Venna, Alabama; seven grandchildren, Sidney, Jonathan, Amber, Dale, Rachel, Kelly and Seava; and 10 great-grandchildren, Mason, Aria, Carter, Kaelynn, Easton, Jordan, Jayveon, Jadelynn, Jaylaha and Larandon.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Gene Killingsworth; father, James Arlis Killingsworth; son, Johnny Killingsworth; brother, Johnny Killingsworth; and -grandson, Adan Couvillier.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
