Police Reports 4-22-16

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Auzhane Hunt, 20, of Opelousas, was arrested Wednesday and charged with theft under $100 and released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kristy R. Ribardi, 38, of 106 Home Lane, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 1:36 p.m. and charged on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. Ribardi was released on a summons.
Ronnie Lake, 33, of 813 Duke St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 3:31 p.m. and charged on a warrant for simple assault. Lake was released on a summons.
Robert Stansbury Jr., 32, of 1400½ North Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 3:31 p.m. and charged on a warrant for simple battery. Stansbury was released on a $500 bond.
Merlin M. Venable, 52, of 1064 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 7:58 p.m. and charged with theft. Venable was released on a $1,000 bond.
Amy Turner, 41, of 121 Guzzetta Drive, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 9:21 p.m. and charged with theft of goods and possession of drug paraphernalia. Turner was released on a summons.
Erica Alexander, 33, of 121 Guzzetta Drive, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 9:21 p.m. and charged with theft of goods. Alexander was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Michelle Mitchell, 39, of Pecan Drive, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:00 p.m. on the charge of disturbing the peace by loud and profane language. Mitchell was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Jennifer Elmore, 34, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:51 p.m. on charges of simple criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Elmore was also arrested on a warrant for Patterson City Court for failure to appear on charges of expired driver’s license and driving under suspension. Elmore was also arrested on warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension, no seat belt, driving under suspension and disturbing the peace. Elmore was processed and held on a $3,250 bond.
