JOSEPH DANIEL 'JOEY' JUDD

Joseph Daniel “Joey” Judd, 18, a resident of Alexandria, Louisiana, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016.
Joey was born on Aug. 1, 1997, in Morgan City, the son of Fredrick “Fred” Judd and Rebecca Ferguson Judd.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his father, Fred Judd and wife, Donna, of Abbeville; his mother, Rebecca Ferguson Judd and fiancé, Michael King, of Bayou Vista; two brothers, Nicholas Judd of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, and Freddie Judd of Abbeville; paternal grandmother, Theresa Daughtery of Patterson; maternal grandfather, Danny Ferguson and wife, Sue, of Brookhaven, Mississippi; maternal grandmother, Karen Nettles and husband, Greg, of Brookhaven, Mississippi; godmother, Betty Franklin of St. Amant; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joey was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, David Daughtery.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Twin City Funeral Home with Monsignor J. Douglas Courville officiating. A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Twin City Funeral Home with the visitation resuming from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Following the service Joey will be laid to rest in the Berwick Cemetery.
