MRS. MARY JANE JACKSON

Mrs. Mary Jane Jackson, 51, a resident of Jeanerette and native of Lafayette passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at 5:50 p.m., at Iberia Medical Center.
Visitations will be observed at Otis Mortuary Chapel Saturday, June 25, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Visitations and burial rites will be read Saturday at the mortuary for the father, Mr. Herbert Hensley who died May 28, 2016, and daughter, Mary Jane Jackson. Rev. Jules Anderson III will officiate.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Elzina Boutte of Jeanerette; four sons, Andrew Jamall Goodwin, Billy Ray Jackson and Nicholas Jackson, all of Jeanerette, and Dwaylon Jenkins of Franklin; two daughters, Miss Kalena Jackson of New Iberia and Miss Nicole Jackson of Jeanerette; four brothers, Lema Boutte of Franklin, Herboutte and Dwayne Goodwin, both of Jeanerette, and Michael Ray Boutte of Lafayette; three sisters, Mrs. Jeffneta Boutte Jackson of Fort Worth, TX, Mrs. Esther Mae Sereal and Mrs. Celestine Edward, both of Jeanerette; and 10 grandchildren.
Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her father and one sister.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
