CURTIS 'KOOL-AID' JOHN GORDON

Curtis “Kool-Aid” John Gordon, 54, a resident of Morgan City and a native of Jeanerette, passed away Aug. 6, 2015, at his residence.
Visitation will be observed from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Jeanerette. The Rev. Arthur Alexander will officiate.
He is survived by three daughters, Latoya Sibley of Alexandria, and Christina Gordon and Patricia Gordon, both of Houston; four sisters, Cynthia Jones, Jewelen F. Gordon-Crawford and Gerselda S. Bourgeois, all of Texas City, Texas, and Mary Ann Gordon Narcisse; three brothers, Rayford A. Gordon and Joe K. Solco, both of Jeanerette, and Darnell Rubbins; his fiance’, Lois Pellerin of Morgan City; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandchild; and two brothers-in-law.
