EMANUEL SKINNER JR.

.Emanuel Skinner Jr., 97, a native and resident of Morgan City, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at his residence.
Visitation was observed today at Pilgrim Grove Baptist Church in Morgan City from 9 a.m. until funeral services and Masonic Rites at 11 a.m. Burial with Military Rights followed in the Morgan City Cemetery.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Skinner-Thomas of Morgan City; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He. was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one grandson, one great-grandson, two brothers and four sisters.
