GEORGE ‘LABO’ MARSHALL PIERRE

George “LaBo” Marshall Pierre, 58, a resident and native of Charenton, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11:10 a.m., at his residence in Charenton.
Visitation will be observed on Thursday, August 20, at the Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, from 7:30 a.m. until funeral services at 12 Noon, with the Rev. Arnold Ray Joseph and Pastor Isabella Gasper officiating. Burial will follow funeral services in the St. John Cemetery of Charenton.
Those left to cherish wonderful memories of “Labo” are his six sisters Mrs. Paul (Lois P.) Toussaint Jr. of Charenton, Dorestine P. Jackson of Morgan City, Carol P. Lockett of Charenton, Virginia P. Madison of Baldwin, Debra P. (Rev. Ivory) Williams of Franklin, and Mrs. Calvin (Nina P.) Martin of Charenton; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
George was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, two sisters and two nieces.
