Janice Charles Motte, 57, a native and resident of Morgan City, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at Teche Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be Saturday at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Morgan City from 9-10:30 a.m. with a Mass at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Roy of Atlanta; mother, Margaret Charles Gibson; a son, Jonathan J. Motte of Morgan City; a brother, John F. Gibson of Morgan City; four grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
