MISS ROSE LOUISE MANUEL

Miss Rose Louise Manuel, 70, a resident and native of Glencoe, died Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at 7:30 p.m., at Iberia Medical Center following a short illness.
Visitations will be observed Saturday, August 22, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., at First Jerusalem Baptist Church, 835 Monnot Rd. in Jeanerette. Burial rites will be observed Saturday, at 11 a.m., at that church, with the Rev. Arthur Lee Alexander officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John Baptist Church Cemetery in the Four Corners Community.
Survivors include two brothers, Harold Matthew Manuel of Port Arthur, TX and Hilton Manuel Sr. of Jeanerette; two sisters, Miss Joyce Marie Manuel of Houston, TX and Mrs. Ruth Francis of Glencoe; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Miss Manuel was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
The Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
