SAMUEL ‘SAMMIE’ FOSTER

Samuel “Sammie” Foster, 87, a resident of Orange, TX and native of Franklin, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016, at 11:35 a.m., at the Silsbee Convalescent Center in Silsbee, TX.
Visitation will be observed Thursday, May 5, from 1 p.m. until funeral services at 2 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery.
Memories of “Sammie,” as he was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his nieces and nephews, cousins, caretakers, the members of the St. Paul C.M.E. Church of Orange, TX; the staff and residents of the Silsbee Convalescent Home and a host of other relatives and friends.
Samuel as preceded in death by his mother, one brother, two sisters and his maternal grandparents.
