Weslynn Nichole “Nikki” Jackson-Brown

Weslynn Nichole “Nikki” Jackson-Brown, 37, a native of New Iberia and resident of Bayou Vista, died at 7:15 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2014, at her residence in Bayou Vista.
Visitation will be Saturday at St. Moses Baptist Church in Jeanerette from 8 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery in Charenton.
Survivors include her husband, David D. Brown, of Bayou Vista; her parents, Wilson and Dorestine Pierre-Jackson Sr., of Baldwin; three daughters, Asia D. Jackson, Jada R. Jackson and Lavonya Brown, all of Bayou Vista; three sisters, LaTasha Richardson and Brooke Hatcherson, both of Baton Rouge, and Chiquita Hatcherson, of New Iberia; three brothers, Maurice D. Jackson, of Jeanerette, Wilson Jackson Jr., of Patterson, and Dominique Hatcherson, of Baldwin; one granddaughter; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
