Willie Mae McDaniel Dugas, 56, of Franklin, died Sunday at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
She was a native of Lafayette. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church located at 307 Second St. in Franklin. Burial rites will be read at 1 p.m. at the church with burial to follow in the Perpetual Park Cemetery located on Irish Bend Road in Franklin.
She is survived by four sons, Travis Dewayne McDaniel, Robert Antonio McDaniel, Ronald Keith McDaniel and Courtney DeJuan McDaniel, all of Franklin; four daughters, Chantelle Lynette McDaniel, Anna Felicia McDaniel, Keindra Nichole McDaniel, all of Franklin, and LaKeisha Patricia M. Augman of Patterson; two brothers, Willie McDaniel III and Kevin McDaniel, both of Franklin; and seven sisters, Catherine Ann McDaniel, Linda Denise Bob, Cynthia McDaniel, Rose Lee McDaniel, Sharon Marie McDaniel, Tawana Renee McDaniel and Ametra Annette McDaniel, all of Franklin.
She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Dugas was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, her husband, one sister and one brother.
Otis Mortuary in Franklin is in charge of funeral arragements.
