Patterson advances in elimination bracket

The Patterson 10U All-Stars rallied to defeat Pennyslvania-based Audubon All-Stars, 6-5, in a World Series bracket elimination game at the Babe Ruth World Series this morning.

Patterson 10U All-Star game in a delay

The Patterson 10U All-Star’s game with Audubon All-Stars in Palm City, Florida, has been delayed for multiple reasons, chiefly due to rain.

The Patterson 10U softball All-Star contest against Pitt County, North Carolina, at the Babe Ruth World Series in Palm City, Florida, was halted Monday due to inclement weather and resumed this morning with Patterson falling 6-0. Patterson trailed 3-0 in the top of the fourth when the game was stopped Monday. The teams endured two delays Monday as earlier in the afternoon, the game was suspended because of lightning. Above, umpires and coaches gather after the game was stopped for good. On first base is Pitt County’s Olivia Hadnott, who drew a leadoff walk before the game was stopped. Patterson’s next game time and opponent has yet to be determined. (The Daily Review/Geoff Stoute)

Patterson falls 6-0 in weather-delayed contest

The Patterson Softball All-Stars dropped their first game of the Babe Ruth 10U World Series this morning, 6-0, to Pitt County, North Carolina.
