MCHS volleyball returns experience in 2015

Morgan City returns experience from its 2014 volleyball squad and also will feature athletes who have made changes to new spots.

The Central Catholic High School volleyball team will be looking to build upon its 2014 season in which the squad finished 21-21 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the Division V playoffs. This year’s team includes, seated

Lady Eagles enter 2015 season with high hopes

The 2014 Central Catholic volleyball team had a surprising run to the Division V state quarterfinals in a rebuilding season.

Berwick and Morgan City High schools met on the volleyball court Thursday for a scrimmage at Berwick High School. The teams played in junior varsity and varsity action, while both also faced Hahnville in the round-robin event. Both will continue preseason scrimmage work next week as Berwick will scrimmage South Lafourche and Terrebonne at Terrebonne High School Tuesday, while Morgan City will face St. Amant and H.L.
