Morgan City High School’s and St. Martinville’s first matchup last month went to overtime with Morgan City earning a victory.

The Morgan City High School Tigers defeated Westgate 80-72 on the road Saturday. The action was the Tigers’ first in nearly two weeks. Jared Singleton, who above plays defense against Central Catholic’s Davidyione Bias during earlier season action, scored 18 points in the victory.
