Arrest reports

Patterson police arrested one of their suspects who has been on The Daily Review’s Most Wanted list Wednesday.
Wesley Landry, 19, of Patterson, was transferred at 3:46 p.m. Wednesday from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Department to Patterson on warrants for unauthorized use of access card, possession of stolen things, failure to appear on open container and drinking in public.
Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle said police received information that a credit card was stolen and used at a convenience store in Patterson. Landry has been on the Most Wanted list since November.
He remained jailed this morning with no bail set.
Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch reported the following arrests:
—Chanda Partin, 39, Short Street Alley in Morgan City, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday for possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
—Mary Comeaux, 61, of Short Street Alley in Morgan City, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday for possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute (Oxycodone) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
—Freddie Williams, 64 of Short Street Alley in Morgan City, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday for possession of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia.
Morgan City Police Department detectives executed a search warrant at a Short Street Alley residence which was based on complaints of the illegal sale of narcotics from the residence. Crouch stated Partin was found to be in possession of a prescription medication without a proper prescription, Williams was found to possess suspected marijuana and Comeaux was found to possess several pills of Oxycodone.
They continued to be held this morning with no bail set.
—Brian J. Bailey, 39, of Ohio Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant for theft under $500.
On Oct. 23, Morgan City Police were involved in an investigation with Terrebonne Parish authorities alleging that Bailey had purchased items in Terrebonne Parish using accounts from his previous employer. It was discovered that Bailey returned with the items to Morgan City where they were pawned. He was located at the Terrebonne Parish Justice Complex where he was arrested and then transported to the Morgan City Police Department.
—Dustin J. Ferguson, 20, of Levee Road in Morgan City, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday for introduction of contraband into a penal institution.
Morgan City police and correctional employees conducted a security sweep inside the jail facility during which Ferguson was found to be in possession of a cellular phone and lighter. He was booked and re-incarcerated into the Morgan City Jail facility.
—Jose Miguel Martinez-Morales, 37, of Franklin Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday for two headlights required, operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, a warrant for no drivers’ license and a warrant for stop sign violation.
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle with improper lighting equipment and stopped the vehicle. The driver was identified as Martinez-Morales who was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He also was wanted on two outstanding warrants. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
St. Mary Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest:
—Mitzi Landry, 29, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant for possession of Schedule II narcotics (Adderall) and possession of Schedule IV (Xanax). Detectives with the sheriff’s narcotics division, who were patrolling the Morgan City area, conducted a traffic stop on Freret Street for failure to stop at a stop sign. Landry remained jailed this morning with no bail set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
—Marissa Scoby-Blackburn, 33, of Fern Street in Patterson, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant dated June 2 for simple battery. Scoby-Blackburn was processed and released on $500 bail.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard reported no arrests.
