Berwick High School improved to 2-0 with a 35-14 victory against Abbeville Friday in Berwick. The Panthers broke a 14-all halftime score, outscoring Abbeville, 21-0 in the second half. Class 5A Hahnville overpowered Patterson, 30-0, Friday at the Sugar Dome in Patterson.
The Tigers rushed for nearly 400 yards while holding Patterson to just 91 yards on the ground.
