CCHS tops Houma Christian for district title

Central Catholic clinched the District 6-V volleyball title Wednesday, topping Houma Christian 3-2 (26-24, 25-20, 23-25, 20-25, 15-12) in Morgan City.

The Central Catholic Lady Eagles fell on the road to Houma Christian, 46-23, in nondistrict girls’ basketball action Thursday.
