Tri-City area teams had a rough time in Week 1 of the prep football season as just one of four teams was victorious.
Central Catholic will begin its 2014 regular season Friday when it travels to face Loreauville High School Week 1 action. Loreauville High School is ranked No. 9 in the intial Class 2A Louisiana Sports Writers Association poll.
