Patterson and Berwick high school volleyball teams were in action Tuesday when they hosted Franklin and Assumption, respectively. The Lumberjills defeated Franklin, while Berwick fell in four games to Assumption, ranked No. 1 in the latest Division II power rankings released by the Louisiana High School Athletic Association.
