GUY JONES SR.

Guy Jones Sr., 54, a native and resident of Morgan City, Louisiana, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, at his residence.
Visitation was today at Siracusaville Recreation Center in Morgan City. Burial followed in the Morgan City Cemetery with the East St. Mary Veteran’s Funeral Squad performing at the cemetery.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by four sons, Derrick Lewis and Guy Jones Jr., both of Morgan City, Rondell Dugan of Katy, Texas, and Quinten Kelly of Patterson; one daughter, Chanelle Derouen of Dallas; two brothers, Keith Jones of Gonzales and Patrick Jones of Baton Rouge; nine grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City was in charge of arrangements.
