Police Reports 4-24-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brigg J. McDaniel, 37, of Kaplan, was arrested Thursday at 9:32 a.m. on a charge of open alcohol container and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of direct contempt of court, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. He was released on $500 bond.
Robert D. Ledoux, 63, of Lafayette, was arrested Thursday at 5:12 p.m. on a charge of reckless operation. He was released on a summons.
Warren K. Shoop, 38, of Abbeville, was arrested Thursday at 5:12 p.m. on charges of reckless operation and hit and run. He was released on a summons.
Daniel Ratcliff, 24, of 21748 Sixth St., Lot 11, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 8:51 p.m. on charges of simple battery, simple assault, simple criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer. He was released on $2,750 bond.
Terrence D. Johnson, 36, of 4022 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 9:09 p.m. on charges of license plate light violation and no driver’s license. He was released on a summons.
Julio Sagastizado-Castro, 35, of 157 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested today at 2:58 a.m. on charges of impeding the flow of traffic, resisting an officer by force and flight from an officer. No bond was set.
