Police Reports 5-5-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Letitia D. Boudreaux, 39, of 246 Prairie Road North, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:12 p.m. on charges of second offense DWI and driving under suspension. She was released on $6,500 bond.
Kelly S. Richard, 36, of Pierre Part, was arrested Monday at 10:45 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding and failure to comply with the terms of drug court. No bond was set.
Nathaniel Rollins, 19, and Tabitha Rollins, 42, both of 113 Diane Lane, Patterson, were arrested Monday at about 1 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. Both were released on summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jason Cooper, 37, of 100 Fairview Drive, Berwick, Monday at 5:26 p.m. on a charge of possession of meth with intent to distribute. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Aubrey Otis, 54, of Talbot Street, Franklin, Monday at 11:52 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $2,500 bond.
