MATTHEW ‘MATT’ JOHN LOMBUS

Matthew “Matt” John Lombus 47, a native of Franklin, and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana died Thursday, July 9, 2015. He was born April 18, 1968.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015 at Franklin City Park Recreation Center. The physical address is 500 A. B. Shine Fouquier St. in Franklin,. The Franklin City Park Recreation Center is located on Gum Street and Hospital Avenue. All family and friends are welcome to join in celebrating Matthew John Lombus’ life. All are welcome to say farewell to a devoted brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend. The time is from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
He is survived by his two brothers, Adam Lombus Sr. and Albert Lombus. He has one niece, Joyce Lombus and her son Kevin and one nephew, Adam Lombus Jr.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Joseph Lombus Sr., mother, Amelia Viator Lombus and brother Sidney Joseph Lombus Jr.
Matthew was an avid X- Box player and in his spare time he loved to go fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed by all that loved him dearly.
