DONALD JOSEPH LUC SR.

Donald Joseph Luc Sr., 83, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Donald was born on July 29, 1932, in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, the son of Victor and Katie Dambarino Luc.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Anna Percle Luc of Morgan City; two sons, Donald J. Luc Jr., and Kerry Luc and his wife, Gwen, all of Morgan City; two daughters, Edie Luc of New Iberia and Catherine Luc of Lafayette; four grandchildren, Hilary Brown and Elijah Luc, both of Nashville, Tennessee, and Kerrilyn Luc and Katie Luc, both of Morgan City; one daughter-in-law, Ginger Luc Brown of Nashville, Tennessee; and one sister, Lena Krawcynski of Houston, Texas.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Katie Dambarino Luc; one son, Steven Luc; five brothers, Thomas Luc, Victor Luc, Lawrence Luc, Eugene Luc and Douglas Luc; and three sisters, Rose Mae Necaise, Florence Freeman and Catherine Luc.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with a visitation being held from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass. Following Mass, Donald will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery Mausoleum
