Student of the Year nominees

The Students of the Year Awards Program is designed to recognize outstanding elementary, junior high and high school students who have demonstrated excellent academic achievement, leadership ability, and citizenship. The Student of the Year Awards Program is sponsored by the Louisiana state superintendent through the Department of Education and the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. This year, Central Catholic High School has nominated Sinclair Callais, left, an eighth-grader, and Lindsee Case, a 12th-grader.
