Police Reports 3-14-16

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Mavrick Dupre, 22, of Vinton, was arrested Sunday and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless operation of a vehicle and resisting an officer by flight. No bond was set.
Ricky B Darden, 26, of Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct, fleeing from an officer, a 16th Judicial Court warrant for failure to appear for trial on the charge of theft over $1,500, and warrants from 17th Judicial Court for failure to appear for hearings on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to wear seatbelt. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Justin W. Cooper, 34, of Gulfport, Miss., was arrested Friday at 11:43 p.m. and charged for theft and disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
Brad Degg, 39, of 417 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 3:15 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. No bail was set.
Delores Degg, 36, of 417 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 3:15 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Degg was released on a summons to appear in court.
Glenn Rochel Jr., 33, of 535 Arcemont Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 9:52 a.m. and charged on a warrant for theft of goods. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
Tiesha Carbin, 24, of 629 Seventy Nine Pines Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 1:46 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. No bail was set.
Barry L. Jones, 28, of Siracusaville, was arrested Saturday at 2:53 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I with intent to distribute, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone) and on a warrant from the City Court of Morgan City for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. No bail was set.
Willie Frank, 62, of Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 9:20 p.m. and charged with proper equipment required and no vehicle insurance. Frank was released on a summons to appear in court.
Joshua Pojar, 34, of 1621 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 4:49 a.m. and charged with theft. Pojar was released on a summons to appear in court.
Ricky Mire, 35, of 104 Jordan Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 4:49 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of stolen things. Mire was released on a summons to appear in court.
Michael W. Martin, 32, of 3510 Second St., Lot B, Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 8:15 a.m. and charged with theft of goods. Martin was released on a summons to appear in court.
Rodney Granger, 22, of 543 Verdun Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:35 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was released on a $500 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Ronald Jones Jr., 36, of Yellow Bayou Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:00 a.m., and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Jones was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Alton Fine, 25, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:24 p.m., and charged with simple battery and disturbing the peace. Fine was processed and held on a $750 bond.
Sabrina Darby, 19, of Isabella Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:38 a.m., and charged with disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Darby was processed and held on a $250 bond.
Gregory Douglas, 29, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:43 a.m. and charged on warrants for the Morgan City Police Department for the charges of driving under suspension and no tail lights. Douglas was processed and transferred to the Morgan City Police Department.
Morris Thibeaux, 58, of Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:02 a.m. and charged with remaining where forbidden. Thibeaux was processed and held on a $500 bond.
