Police Reports 4-5-16
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Lane Howard Jr., 21, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:37 p.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule I narcotics. Howard was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Jonah Madison, 21, of Clark Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:24 p.m. on charges of criminal mischief, public intimidation and attempted disarming of a police officer. Madison was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Xavier McGhee, 25, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:46 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license, resisting an officer with force, disturbing the peace, criminal damage to property, possession of Schedule I narcotics-third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia-second offense and driving under the influence. McGhee was processed held with no bond set.
Caleb Darden, 18, of Flattown Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 6:50 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language, possession of Schedule I narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia-first offense. Darden was processed and released on a $3,750 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Cody Olivier, 32, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 1:01 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of failure to use seatbelts and driving under suspension. Olivier was released on a $5,000 bond.
Dakota B. Kleimann, 23, of 109 Beau Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 1:04 p.m. and charged on a warrant for simple battery and on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. No bail was set.
Katonya Lumpkin, 39, 1311 Cypremort Road, Lot 1, Four Corners, was arrested Monday at 2:21 p.m. and charged with aggravated battery. No bail was set.
Herman Sonnier Jr., 47, 532 David Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 6:13 p.m. and charged with theft. Sonnier was released on a summons to appear in court.
Crystal Breaux, 34, of Chauvin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $250.
