ANNIE CROCHET MASON

August 15, 1922 — January 14, 2016
Annie Crochet Mason, 93, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, at Teche Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.
She was born on Aug. 15, 1922, in Pierre Part, the daughter of Ferdinand and Roselie Crochet.
Annie was a kind, gentle soul that loved to serve the Lord and her church at St. Roselie Catholic Church. She enjoyed dancing, fishing and picking crabs. Annie was a loving person, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her one son, Albert Mason Sr.; two daughters, Doris McKee, and Enella Sharp and husband, Luther; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Annie is preceded in death by her husband, Edrick Pete Mason; her parents, Ferdinand and Roselie Crochet; one infant son; two brothers, Sidney Crochet and Lamry Crochet (Pete); a daughter-in-law, Rosella Mason; and one son-in-law, Thomas McKee.
Visitation services were held today, Monday, Jan. 18, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 a.m. Annie will be laid to rest in Morgan City Mausoleum following Mass.
