BRENDA ELNORA FRANCIS

Brenda Elnora Francis, 61, a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and a resident of St. Mary Parish passed away at 7:14 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015 at Terrebonne General Medical Center.
Brenda was an educator for many years with St. Mary Parish School Board System until her illness.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015 at Living Gospel Church located at 140 Corporate Drive in Houma, La. 70364 with Pastor Reginald Glispy officiating. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, Marlon Francis of Humble, Texas, Eric Francis of Lafayette, La., and Aaron Francis of Cleveland, OH; a daughter, Mrs. Jermaine (April) Adams of Morgan City, La.; her mother, Corine Parks of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; three sisters, Mrs. Bryant (Carolyn) Harris of Detroit, MI, Gloria Hollowel of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Eursalean McDonley of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; a brother, Elbert “Sonny” Parks, III of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and three granddaughters and a host of relatives and friends..
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home of Houma/Morgan City/Franklin/Jeanerette.
