DOMINIC “BIG WALL STREET” MITCHELL

Dominic “Big Wall Street” Mitchell, age 33, a resident of Columbus, Georgia and a native of Franklin, La., passed away on Friday Oct. 9, 2015 at 11:58 p.m. at the Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.
Louisiana funeral services will be observed on Friday, Oct. 23, 2015 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main St., Franklin, La., funeral services at 11 a.m., with Reverend Preston Watson and Jules Anderson, serving as the officiants. Burial following services in the Franklin Cemetery, Main Street in Franklin, La.
Known as “Big Wall Street” to all who knew and loved him, Dominic leaves his legacy of love and reconciliation with his loving wife, Tiamesha Mitchell of Columbus, Georgia; three daughters, Dominique Mitchell of Pensacola, Florida; Namiya Mitchell and Beonica Moses both of Columbus; one son, Nigel Scott of Columbus, Georgia; his caring mother, Penny Bennett and her husband Darryl Bennett of Franklin, La.; his father, David Mitchell Sr. of Gibson, La.; his father and mother-in-law, Donald and Vickie Scott of Columbus, Georgia; three sisters, Shavone Mitchell of Franklin, La., Dominique Turner of Morgan City and Thelma Bennett of Patterson, La.; three brothers, Gregory Chase Boykin and David Mitchell Jr. (Megan) of Franklin, La. and Kevin Foster of Thibodaux, La.; his grandmother, Betty Mitchell of Gibson, La.; two brothers-in-law, Donald T. Scott and Michael Scott; one sister-in-law, Lakeya Postell (William) all of Columbus, Georgia and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends and loved ones.
Dominic was preceded in death by his grandparents, Florence Fleming, Robert Jenkins and Jim Mitchell.
