Frank J. Ballance

Frank J. Ballance, 63, a retired Navy veteran, a former resident of Morgan City and resident of Kansas City, Missouri, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, after a lengthy battle with ALS.
Survivors include his wife, Lu (Eulogia) Ballance; and four brothers, Bobby Ballance, of Erwin, Tennessee, Donald Ballance, of Lake Charles, Warren Ballance, of Morgan City, and David Ballance of Beaufort, South Carolina.
