JACOB A. WARD

Jacob A. Ward passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, at the age of 22.
Jacob was the beloved son of Brenda McClelland and Kenny Keton Jr.; stepson of Kelly McClelland and Jacquelyn Keton; fiancé of Ramona Villier; father of Blaze Ward; and brother of Brett Keton, Cayce Keton, Victoria Thomas, Sarah Thomas, Breanna Brock and Malorie McClelland. He was like a brother to Jody Darby, April Myers and Terri Carissa Myers.
He is also survived by his grandparents, Terry and Emma McCleary, Donna McClelland and Kenneth Keton Sr. and Annie Keton; his nieces, Scarlet and Ellenor; a nephew, Michael; his future in-laws, Steven and Becky Villier; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Clarissa Robicheaux.
Jacob was born in Morgan City, Louisiana, and lived in New Orleans. He was a warehouse manager for a plumbing supply company and enjoyed nature, especially City Park. He was a delight to be around and will be missed tremendously by his loving family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday evening, Sept. 30, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Interment will be at a later date in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
