JEROME ‘ROME’ RUDOLPH JR.

Jerome “Rome” Rudolph Jr., 22, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Patterson, passed away on Tuesday August 11, 2015 at 10:10 p.m., in Bayou Vista.
Jerome was employed as a Crane Operator at Halliburton Industries in Fourchon, LA.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday, August 15, at The Crossing Place, 777 Delmar St., Bayou Vista, from 9 a.m. until the funeral services beginning at 11 a.m., with Pastor Doreen Francis officiating. Burial will be in the Home Industrial Cemetery in Patterson.
Jerome loved his family and friends with all his heart. He loved listening to music, dancing, fishing, riding his motorcycle and hanging out with his friends.
Those left to cherish wonderful memories of Jerome are his caring and devoted parents, Jerome Rudolph Sr. and Hope Calais Rudolph of Patterson; two brothers, Jase Rudolph and Jerase Rudolph, both of Patterson; his grandmother, Leotha Rudolph of Franklin; grandfather, Samuel Dangerfield Jr; of Patterson; step-grandmother, Cyrus Gray of Patterson; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, high school classmates, co-workers and a host of dear friends.
Jerome was preceded in death by his grandmother, Catherine Calais; grandfather, Reed Rudolph Sr.; a brother, Tyshawn Calais; an uncle, Reed Rudolph Jr.; and recently his best friend/brother, Craig Anthony Verdine Jr.
