Joyce Mary Bergeron Curry

Joyce Mary Bergeron Curry, 84, a resident of Patterson, passed away Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Berwick on Aug. 23, 1931, the daughter of Janseen and Evelina Bergeron.
Joyce was a fun loving spirit who loved dancing, embroidery, cooking and playing cards.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her three children, Irene “Zonna” Lacoste and husband, Buddy, Samuel Billedeau Jr. and wife, Joyce, and Dale Billedeau and companion, Susan Baniky; five grandchildren, Lisa Lacoste Minyard and husband, Robert, Angela Lacoste, Buddy Lacoste Jr., Eileen Bolton and Mary Frederick; 11 great-grandchildren, Christian, Zowie, Paco, Trevor, Haley, Andrew, Hannah, Justin, Cameron, Carleigh and Brooke; along with many nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Curry; her parents; two sisters, Irene Coffman and Florence Vining; and five brothers.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
