MRS. AQUILLA JACKSON VITAL

Mrs. Aquilla Jackson Vital, 41, a resident of New Iberia and native of Charenton, died suddenly Saturday, August 15, 2015, at 8:25 a.m., at Iberia Medical Center.
Visitations will be observed Saturday, Aug. 29, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at West St. Mary Civic Center in Sorrell.
Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 11 a.m., at the civic center, with the Rev. Isabella Gasper officiating.
Survivors include her husband, Lester J. Vital Jr. of New Iberia; parents, Clarence and Ruby Lumpkin Jackson of Charenton; one son, Lester J. Vital III of New Iberia; two brothers, Randy R. Jackson and Troy J. Jackson, both of Charenton; and one step brother, Dequncy Sereal of Jeanerette.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
