Quyen Do

Quyen Do, a resident of Amelia, passed away in New Orleans Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, at the age of 91.
Quyen is survived by his daughters, Do Thi Thim and husband, Tran Van Tu, Do Thi Yen and husband, Nguyen Xuan Thinh, Do Thi Thu and husband, Mai Van Binh, Do Yen Chi and husband, Vu Thanh Phuong, Do Thanh Van and husband, Vu Dinh Quynh, Do Nguyen My and husband, Nguyen Van Chuan, and Do Nguyen Uyen Ly and husband, Nguyen Liem; a son, Do Duc Nhan and wife, Tran Hoang Trang; 45 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Tuesday and Wednesday, and continues today, Thursday, Oct. 9, at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 10, from 5 to 6 p.m. with Mass at 6 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Hargrave Funeral Home until dismissal. Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow in St. Andrews Cemetery.
