Richard Dean Bullard

Richard Dean Bullard 77, a resident of Bayou Vista, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at Ochsner Medical Center.
Richard was born on March 14, 1938, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the son of Milton and Hazel Buke Bullard.
Richard enjoyed his frequent trips to the casino as well as his trips to Toledo Bend fishing, where he could spend hours on the water. He could often be found out in his yard tending to his garden which was something that he always enjoyed doing. Richard loved spending time with his grandchildren and he was such a great Paw to them.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Frances Spinella Bullard of Bayou Vista; two stepchildren, Donald Joseph Price and fiancé, Jae Gruber, of Dacula, Georgia, and Christine Marie Price DeHart of Berwick; two grandchildren, Austin Joseph DeHart and Kamryn Clare DeHart, both of Berwick; his beloved Chihuahua, ChiChi Rose; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Hazel Buke Bullard; and two brothers, Robert Bullard and Lynn Bullard.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at Twin City Funeral Home with a memorial visitation being held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
