Sidney John Trahan

Sidney John Trahan, 88, of Leola, Arkansas, passed away Sept. 26, 2015. He was born Jan. 10, 1927, in Maurice, Louisiana, to the late John and Helen (Roy) Trahan.He is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Ronald Trahan and Jimmy Chassion.
Survivors include his son, Sidney Don Trahan; daughter, Susan Trahan; brother, Wilford Trahan; sister, Anna Mae Borquiue; grandchildren, Amy Comeaux, Katie Trahan, Coty Trahan, Brodie Trahan, Jeremy Mitchell; great-grandchildren, Cecilia Comeaux, Ronald Trahan, Bryson Trahan, Braden Trahan, and Alison Guidroz.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home, 155 Section Line Road, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery, 3077 East Grand Avenue, Hot Springs, AR 71901.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arkansas Sherriff’s Youth Ranch, 100 Saint Vincent Place, Batesville, AR 72501.
