VERNA VINING CRAPPELL

June 11, 1926 - August 19, 2016
Verna Crappell, a resident of Berwick, passed away today, Friday, Aug. 19, 2016, at the age of 90.
Verna leaves to cherish her memory her three sons, Norris Crappell and his spouse, Sherry, of Berwick, Billy Crappell and his spouse, Dale, of Bayou Vista, and Reed Crappell and his spouse, Penny, of Berwick; her daughter-in-law, Wanda Crappell; her brother, Woodzay Vining and his spouse, Ave; six grandchildren, Dwayne Crappell, Keith Crappell, Kim Henry, Angie Crappell, John Crappell and Casey Crappell; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Crappell; her parents, Rudolph and Mary Vining; a son, Kent Crappell; a brother, Milton Vining; and two sisters, Amy Luchsinger and Leonia Eva Vining
Visitation and funeral services for Verna are currently pending.
Acting as pallbearers will be Reed Crappell, Billy Crappell, Casey Crappell, John Crappell, Cliff Townsley and Anthony Adams. Honorary pallbearers will be Woodzay Vining and Norris Crappell.
