Tris Evans Matthews, 48, a native of Lafayette and a resident of Morgan City, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2015 at 8:10 a.m., at his parents’ residence in Morgan City.
Celestine “Nucie” Dardar-Mouton, 74, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Patterson, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2015 at 9 a.m., at her residence in Patterson.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at an 11 a.m.
Billy Blackburn, 59, a native and resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, died Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, at his residence.
Deacon Larry Finister, 60, a native of San Jose, California, and resident of Berwick, Louisiana, passed away at 12:45 a. m. Monday, June 22, 2015.
He served in the United States Army.
